4 ounces loose matcha powder
Matcha is a green tea alternative to coffee that creates a calm alertness with a slower release of caffeine.
Whisk 1 tsp matcha powder into 1-2 ounces hot water. Blend with a small immersion blender with 1 tsp of raw honey. Top off with more hot water and an ounce of milk. Optional, add 1-2tsp of MCT oil, egg yolk or collagen.
